Purchase a modification cost quote. The $50.00 cost can be credited against the cost of the modifications, if you decide to proceed. You get a printable Plan Mod Worksheet that you can markup and fax to us. See sample.

Fill out and fax the Plan Mod Worksheet. Our design experts will review your request and send you a cost estimate within 3-5 business days, usually sooner.

Approve the modifications If you wish to proceed after reviewing your modification quote, simply call one our sales representatives to place your order for the reproducible master or CAD file. At that time, they will request a signed copy of the Plan Mod Worksheet along with your initial payment of 75% of the total modification estimate. (less your $50.00 credit)

After your final approval of the preliminary modifications, your customized design will be completed within the time stated in your modification quote. At that time, we will notify you that the remaining 25% fee plus shipping charges are now due, and your plans are ready to ship. We will send you either 5 complete copies of the modified plans or a reproducible master that you can use to have copies made locally.
